Alon Surf Rods™ by More Than Fishing® are covered by our one-year limited warranty.
This warranty is offered against defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year from the date of the first retail purchase. This warranty is offered only to the original owner of the rod. The warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident, misuse, abuse and neglect or normal wear and tear. The warranty will never cover a rod that has been altered or modified.
Warranty is non-transferable, and it is the responsibility of the original owner to retain and provide proof of purchase and provide the original sales receipt when filing a claim. We will repair or replace your damaged rod under our warranty program during the warranty period if we determine that the rod has defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Damaged Rods filed under the warranty claim must be returned to More Than Fishing® HQ for inspection. Rod owner is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
Implied warranties are limited to the life of its warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts of the exclusion or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
More Than Fishing® shall not be liable or in any way responsible for any damages or defects caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized servicer. Nor shall More Than Fishing® be liable, or in any way responsible, for any incidental or consequential property damage. The warranty will be considered VOID if the product has been previously repaired or altered by other persons other than More Than Fishing® personnel / assigned repair vendor.
More Than Fishing® reserves the right to amend or change this warranty at any time.
