Thank you for your interest in joining our event as a vendor/ or sponsor for our Annual More Than Fishing Surf Fishing Tournament! The purpose of all More Than Fishing® events is to create a good, friendly community among people who love fishing, to give awareness on proper fishing and most especially, to promote the Conservancy Code of Ethics on sport fishing. Let’s continue to uplift and support each other in this event!

LAYOUT
Spaces will be marked and labeled for you once you arrive at the location
Please note that the booth location will be on the beach, there will be sand, please plan accordingly.
GIVEAWAY ITEM
We are requesting for each vendor to prepare a giveaway(s) / prize item for each day. Non-profit organizations are exempt. Non-profit organizations do not have to prepare a giveaway(s) / prize item.
Each booth representative will be given a time slot to highlight and talk about your company & merch as well as present the raffle winner of your giveaway on the main stage. Hang on to your giveaway items until it is your turn for the presentation or raffle.
Time slots be announced closer to the tournament day.
Please inform us of your in-kind sponsorship item, a photo will be helpful so we can also advertise it for you for free.
DATE AND TIME
If you’d like to change the dates you have originally signed up for, please inform us ahead of time so that we can plan your booth location accordingly.
The city does not allow us to leave our booth and or merch on location overnight.
You must keep your booth open and available from start to the end of the event.
Saturday | June 8
-booth must be completely set up by 9:30am
-event starts at 10:00am
-you may start setting up as early ast 7:00am
-break down is at 3:30pm-4:00pm depending how long the raffle giveaway last
-please plan to be there until 4:00pm
Sunday | June 9
-booth must be completely set up by 930am
-we will be there as early at 5:00am for the competitors who did not check in on Saturday.
-you may start setting up your booth as early as 5:00am if you desire
-break down is at 6:30pm
EQUIPMENT
Bring your own tent, tables and chairs and any other equipment you may need for the day
Be prepared for any unpredictable weather conditions (wind, rain, fog)
Make sure to have proper weights for your tent just in case it gets windy
Please note that the ground is sandy, please plan accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booth, please do so by May 10, 2024.
Your booth is not transferable to your friends, family, business partners, fans, clients or subscribers.
PARKING
Parking in designated lots are available for a fee.
There may be some free street parking available but be sure you are parked legally.
Please plan to arrive early to reserve your spot.
We are unable to reserve parking spaces.
TRASH
Please protect our beach by planning on properly disposing your trash.
There are very few trash chutes along the beach but we highly encourage planning on taking home any recyclable trash.
We understand that this is not possible for those who are visiting from another state.
FOOD VENDORS
Must have proper permits. We are not responsible for any permits required.
You must have them prior to the event and be prepared to show them if a city inspector arrives during the event.

GENERAL INFO:
Public restrooms are located right by the event location.
There is no power or wifi available, please bring your own wifi hotspot or generators if needed.
This is a rain or shine event, please plan accordingly.
RULES ENFORCED BY CITY OF PACIFICA
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Glass containers area prohibited in parks and on beaches
