More Than Fishing®, its owners, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur while traveling to, participating in, or returning from tournament activities. Participants acknowledge that surf fishing takes place in a natural outdoor environment and involves inherent risks including waves, currents, uneven terrain, equipment hazards, and weather conditions. By registering for the tournament, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
By registering for the More Than Fishing® Surf Fishing Tournament, participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless More Than Fishing®, its owners, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from participation in the event.
